About This Role

Start your career in the electrical trade with GES. We're looking for motivated apprentices who want to learn the trade from experienced professionals in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Requirements

Leaving Certificate or equivalent (minimum)
Genuine interest in the electrical trade
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good time-keeping and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and take feedback
Full clean driving licence (or working towards one)

Day-to-Day

Assist qualified electricians on residential and commercial projects
Learn to install wiring, sockets, lighting, and consumer units
Attend SOLAS training phases as required
Maintain tools, materials, and a tidy work area
Develop customer service skills on-site
Progress through your 4-year apprenticeship with ongoing mentorship
